As an active member of the Marketing Team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins & outs of how marketing efforts positively impacts our overall business outcomes! As the Social Media Marketing intern, you’ll actively participate in a range of projects and initiatives to help grow our brands’ social media presence.
This is a great opportunity for 2nd or 3rd year students!
Responsibilities:
Maintain and follow weekly and monthly content calendars to promote our brands
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
Create and distribute content such as blogs, images and videos on social media
Write interesting and engaging social media posts that speak to our target audiences
Perform social media marketing research, stay up to date with social media trends and share them with the team
Assist with UGC and influencer campaign strategies
Interact on behalf of brands by following relevant accounts, managing comments and responding to DMs
Help develop content and strategies to increase overall engagement
Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging stays consistent
Requirements:
Major or emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, PR/Communications
Passion and enthusiasm for social media
Familiar with all social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter X
Experience and interest in video editing
A good fit for a current student in their 2nd or 3rd yearWe operate in a hybrid model where employees work both remotely and from our Huntington Beach office. The intern is expected to work in-office at least 2 days per week during the internship period.
