Overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guests stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our propertys vision, mission, and core values.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
• Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not requiredwe welcome applicants at all experience levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with internet software.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Compensation

$13 hourly
