Term: Full-Time with an initial onboarding and evaluation period
Salary/Rate: Salary is dependent upon several factors, including education and experience. Will range between $55,000 to $75,000 per year including base salary and bonuses. Employer does not currently provide benefits such as health insurance. Paid time off is accrued over time.

About the Role:
As the Business Owner’s primary point of coordination, you will need to be very detail-oriented, a great communicator, and a great note taker. You will be an initial and ongoing point of contact for clients, which includes answering incoming calls, reviewing emails, and managing calendars for client appointments. You will handle administrative tasks such as: HR duties, payroll, and vendor management (initial communication, paying invoices, managing office supplies, etc.). You will need a basic understanding of technology and be willing to learn the firm’s preferred programs, which include a task manager and Client Relationship Manager. You will be asked to be proactive and timely in completing tasks assigned to you, which will include tracking the progress of those tasks from initiation to completion.
