Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.

• Maintain employee records and assist with HR databases.

• Help process and organize Company invoices .

• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
