Position: Outreach Specialist

Schedule : Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends; Full-time 40-hour weeks. Flexible part-time schedules available.

Salary : Starting at $17.00/hr., with additional commissions.

As an Outreach Specialist at Aspen Contracting, you'll embark on a journey of discovery, connecting with homeowners and forging meaningful relationships in your community. Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs and share Aspen's solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with potential business partners to expand our network and reach.
• Distribute informational materials and educate prospective customers about Aspen Contracting.
• Represent Aspen at local events, home shows, and trade exhibitions.
• Coordinate appointments and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Embody the Aspen brand and values in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on every doorstep.

Benefits :

• Healthcare coverage available starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of consecutive employment.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building connections.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk 3-5 miles daily.
• Access to reliable transportation for daily commuting.
