Brandywine Urology is hiring a Call Center Representative (Patient Access Representative) Overview The Patient Access Representative is responsible for scheduling all new patient appointments, scheduling established patients, routing and receipt of outside doctor offices, other clinical patient needs and BUC incoming physician calls. The call center representative is a proactive, high‑functioning communicator and problem solver who identifies, addresses, and triages incoming calls. This role will focus on a culture of service commitment to BUC's patients. Key Responsibilities Schedule new patient appointments. Schedule appointments for established patients. Route and receive calls from outside doctor offices. Handle other clinical patient needs. Attend to BUC incoming physician calls. Identify, address, and triage incoming calls. Qualifications & Experience Entry level – no prior experience required. Full‑time employment. Demonstrated communication skills and problem‑solving ability.
