Base pay range $50.00/hr - $54.00/hr Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research needs and define research goals Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, field studies, and more Analyze and synthesize data into clear, compelling insights and communicate findings to stakeholders Create personas, journey maps, and user scenarios to support product development Advocate for the user experience and ensure user-centric thinking is embedded throughout the product lifecycle Work cross-functionally to prioritize research efforts and integrate findings into roadmaps and design iterations Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field 2+ years of experience conducting UX research in a professional setting Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, etc. Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods Experience presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
