Completes all job duties while following all workplace safety rules./ppstrongKey Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)/strong/pulliTroubleshoots problems, making economical and durable repairs./liliDismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists and hand tools./liliMaintains and repairs heavy equipment, trucks, shop, and non-mobile equipment on a company-wide basis./liliServices vehicles/equipment to include oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules./liliTroubleshoots and repairs electrical and hydraulic systems, diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, drive trains, etc./liliOrders parts and supplies through parts department./liliAdjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments./liliRepairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices./liliStarts and run or drive devices to test their performance./liliWelds broken parts and structural members as necessary./liliMaintains a clean and organized work area./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
