This position is responsible for managing UPS Small Package hub and sort activities. He/she is accountable for ensuring packages are sorted accurately between the warehouse, customs examinations and releases that flow into the Twilight operation. This position ensures all Import loads are processed on time and accurately. He/she supervises unloaders, scanners, sorters, and warehouse staff. This position adapts to current volume levels to ensure adequate staffing, and reviews daily operational reports to manage productivity and performance. He/she also collaborates with hub and feeder management to make sure all Import volume is processed daily. This position had direct interaction with union representatives to improve employee relations and minimize issues. He/she also monitors results of tests to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and agencies, ensures training documentation complies with requirements, and holds direct reports accountable for on-the-job health and safety. Daily End-of-Day routine is critical for all information going to the proper operations, including management, Peace Bridge staff and various US Customs agencies.

Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25.70/hr to $41.80/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
