Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Description:
Summary:
As a receptionist, you will assist a department or office with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and handling clerical duties essential to day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities:

• Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
• Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival
  • Issue visitor passes and parking validations
  • Follow security protocols
• Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms
  • Set up room arrangements
  • Place catering orders
  • Secure technological equipment
  • Request building and housekeeping services as needed
• Perform general clerical duties
  • Distribute office faxes and packages
  • Order office supplies
• Track and manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight
  • Arrange messenger services as needed
  • Organize hospitality services for guests (transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.)
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
• Perform tasks according to well-defined procedures, methods, and guidelines under close supervision

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
• Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Basic math skills to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
