Job Description

Description:

At Frame Home Loans, we are building something new— a mortgage company founded by industry experts with 20+ years of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional home financing solutions. While Frame Home Loans is a new name in the industry, our team brings a long-standing track record of success in helping homebuyers navigate the mortgage process with confidence.

What sets us apart? Our exclusive partnerships with top builders, offering tailored lending solutions, competitive rates, and a seamless experience for new homebuyers. We work hand-in-hand with builders to ensure our clients get financing options designed for their specific needs.

We are looking for a Loan Officer to join our team! In this role, you’ll be front and center, working directly with clients and guiding them through the mortgage process. But here’s the difference: you won’t need to bring in your own business.

At Frame Home Loans, we’ve built exclusive partnerships with top builders, which means you’ll have a steady pipeline of warm leads provided to you. Your focus will be on converting opportunities, providing exceptional service, and closing loans—not cold-calling or chasing referrals.

We’re looking for both experienced LOs ready to scale in a high-volume environment and motivated professionals (such as LO assistants, processors, or banking associates) who are ready to step into a production role with training and mentorship provided. If you don’t yet have your NMLS license, we’ll support you through the licensing process once hired.

What You'll Do:

  • Take applications, pre-approve borrowers, issue disclosures, and lock loans.
  • Collaborate directly with builders and clients to deliver tailored loan solutions.
  • Leverage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and CRM platforms to streamline the loan process.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of purchase transactions from builder referrals.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies.
  • Achieve consistent monthly funding goals (15+ loans per month expected).

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of residential loan origination experience.
  • Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong knowledge of LOS and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

At Frame Home Loans, we believe in taking care of our team. Here’s a sneak peek at the benefits that come with joining us:

  • Innovative Environment: Join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the construction finance industry with access to cutting-edge technology and resources.
  • Work Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible work environment where you can balance team leadership with your personal life.
  • National Impact: Be part of a nationwide operation that’s shaping the future of construction financing and making a difference for builders, developers, and homeowners across the U.S.
  • Health Insurance – We’ve got you covered! Frame Home Loans pays 100% of your medical insurance premiums to keep you healthy and stress-free, offering a PPO and HSA plans.
  • Competitive Compensation – We offer competitive wages that reward your expertise and hard work.
  • Paid Time Off – Take time to recharge with 2 weeks of paid time off each year.
  • Paid Holidays – Enjoy 10 paid holidays throughout the year so you can spend quality time with family, friends, or doing whatever you love.

We’re here to support you both professionally and personally—because when you thrive, we all thrive.

Frame Home loans is an Equal Opportunity Employers (EEO) and welcome all qualified applicants. This is a full-time, exempt position. The job description contained herein is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position, which may change without notice.
