About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with expertise in Primavera P6 to support a large-scale capital project within the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for CapEx projects exceeding $10 million, working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage project schedules in Primavera P6 for capital projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors. * Collaborate with project managers, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams to integrate activities into a cohesive master schedule. * Monitor critical paths, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project completion. * Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope, budget, and milestones. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates highlighting key variances, forecasts, and resource impacts. * Interface with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and dependencies. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all scheduling activities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (advanced degree a plus). * Minimum 5+ years of project scheduling experience, with at least 3 years in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or medical devices). * Demonstrated success supporting large CapEx projects ($10M+ budgets). * Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required). * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with multiple stakeholders.
