About the Role

Were looking for a Patient Experience Manager who leads with vision, commands with confidence, and inspires with purpose. Reporting to the COO, this dynamic leader will evaluate and elevate the patient journey across our network coaching teams, shaping culture, and driving accountability for performance and service excellence.

This role is ideal for a proactive, structured professional who thrives on creating change, developing people, and executing big-picture strategies with precision. Youll travel up to 50% to visit practices nationwide and partner closely with operations leadership to standardize, systematize, and strengthen the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Influence: Conduct on-site evaluations to assess patient flow, team dynamics, and operational efficiency then deliver actionable insights that move results forward.
  • Coach for Growth: Mentor, train, and motivate staff at all levels to embody professionalism, empathy, and operational discipline.
  • Drive Accountability: Partner with Regional Directors of Operations to ensure improvement plans are executed, measured, and sustained.
  • Measure What Matters: Analyze patient experience data (NPS, wait times, feedback) to identify trends, track progress, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Elevate Standards: Establish clear expectations for professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and team culture across all practices.
  • Innovate and Implement: Create tools, training materials, and resources that enhance efficiency, consistency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Champion Change: Lead initiatives that modernize workflows, strengthen brand consistency, and align practices with EPPs operational and cultural standards.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in dental, healthcare, or hospitality environments (some dental required).
  • Proven success driving operational excellence, training teams, and leading change.
  • Confident communicator who delivers clear direction and builds trust quickly.
  • Highly organized, factual, and data-minded yet people-focused and motivational.
  • Independent, decisive, and future-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
