*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Socorro, NM. This full-time opportunity is ideal for new graduates and experienced professionals looking to make a difference in their community. Work alongside a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and support patients in achieving their goals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT).
* Accurately document patient progress and treatments.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* Contribute to the general operation and success of the department.
* Assist in the development and execution of innovative programs to enhance patient care.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an OTA.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
