About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical MBA Intern to work closely with the VP of Operations at Cameo. This role offers hands-on experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work on high-impact projects, including process analysis, performance tracking, and strategic initiative support, while gaining exposure to leadership decision-making in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do: Collaborate with the VP of Operations to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements. Conduct data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions, performance tracking, and operational initiatives. Manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure progress reporting to stakeholders. Develop presentations, visualizations, and detailed reports for leadership, summarizing insights and recommendations. Support cross-functional initiatives, working with operations, finance, product, and other teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to operational strategy discussions, identifying opportunities for innovation and scalability. Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support operational excellence. What you'll need: Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier program. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Passion for operations, strategy, and process optimization in tech or related industries.
