About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled React/React Native Developer to join our dynamic team at Capital Technology Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing and streamlining key components of the federal government's immigration process, helping to improve user experiences and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that serve the nation’s interests, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices in mobile and web development. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating efficient, maintainable, and innovative software solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in TypeScript with a strong understanding of its core concepts and features. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of software development principles, including version control, testing, and deployment. Experience working with third-party open source and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) libraries and APIs. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities Design and develop advanced applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features aligned with project goals. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them to optimize development efficiency and enhance user experience. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to improve application stability and performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robustness, usability, and reliability of applications. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and adhere to best practices in software development. Remote work flexibility with hybrid options available.
