Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and timely medication therapy
Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a decentralized setting
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff
Support centralized and decentralized medication-use systems
Requirements:
BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing
BLS certification (within 90 days of hire)
ACLS certification required for Code Blue response
1+ year inpatient hospital experience preferred
