Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting & Sourcing: Identify and attract top medical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
