The Role: Club Manager As Club Manager, you're the heartbeat of the gym. You'll drive membership and training sales, create an exceptional member experience, and lead a motivated, mission-driven team.
This role is for someone who thrives on challenge, loves working with people, and takes pride in running a business that makes a difference.
Youll Be Responsible For:
- Leading with vision, energy, and example
- Generating membership and personal training sales
- Creating deep connections in the local community
- Coaching and developing a strong in-club team
- Ensuring the gym is clean, functional, and welcoming
- Delivering an experience that members rave about
