It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship (May 27th – August 1st) is designed for students looking to make full use of their talents through a hands-on work experience. During your internship, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact on our organization. This paid internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to unleash their creativity, work in an amazing hybrid-friendly office in South End Charlotte, and learn from the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand. You’ll also get the chance to contribute to a sweet group project where you’ll create your very own limited time offer collection!

The Global Shop Design Intern role will be a wonderful fit for those students working towards their Architecture or Interior Design degree. The Global Design team is responsible for setting the standards for Krispy Kreme shops around the world in over 40 countries! Because we are a small team, your work will have a very tangible and lasting impact. The work you do will be creative, expose you to the corporate office environment, and give you the opportunity to learn how to let your creativity shine in the professional workspace.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Identifying opportunities in the Global Shop Design Guidelines (mostly with renderings, drawings) to engage all our International Markets where English is not the primary language
• Updating our presentations that we give to existing and new markets, customized to their needs and culture
• Design a pop-up shop (or two) to be used as a guideline and included in our Design Manual

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Must have completed two years of school for your Ba. of Interior Design or Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, Rendering software, and Adobe
• Ability to take charge of a project and truly “own it”, with team members there to assist as needed
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
