To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland’s Future’s services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.Who doesn't love candy?
