Sr. Executive Recruiter at LHH | Finance & Accounting | Bay Area We are helping a real estate/hospitality client hire a Finance & Accounting Manager. This newly created role will focus on supporting their digitization and modernization efforts across finance/accounting. The Manager will focus on owning and driving projects including system implementations, revamping reconciliation processes, reworking electronic file sharing/records, and driving other process improvements. Their offices are in San Francisco and this position will work full time on-site. If you enjoy owning high-impact projects and driving process improvements, this could be a great fit. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Quarterly analysis and financial reporting Liaison with external tax firm and other outsourced providers Prepare accurate cash flow statements and projections on request Manage and review financial statements related to various trusts prepared by outsourced CPA firm Manage tax return preparation process for various entities including managing the preparation of supporting documents, review and finalization of all tax returns Cost tracking and analysis for projects such as building construction Timely review of operating results from certain business divisions, including the hotels Assist in managing risk, including insurance and business agreements to mitigate liability Manage insurance renewal for all forms of business insurance Organization and management of projects for the executive team, or other members of Management Requirements for Consideration: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields Experience managing cross-functional projects, leading system implementation, and driving other process improvements Experience relating to real estate, taxation (public accounting) are considered a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Real Estate and Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
