ProHealth is looking for an Entry-Level Patient Care Associate to support our expanding Family Medicine team.
In this role, you will be essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone inquiries, collecting payments, and maintaining up-to-date demographic information. You will regularly utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with ProHealth guidelines.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST
Location: 335 Highland Ave, Cheshire, CT (may provide coverage at nearby locations)

Compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
