Uniqcli is hiring an Emergency Room Physician on behalf of the United States Federal Government (VA Medical Center). This is a rewarding federal opportunity to provide top-tier care to our nation's veterans and service members in a high-impact clinical setting.

About the Role

Uniqcli LLC, in partnership with USGP, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Physician to serve at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC. This is a contract (1099) position delivering critical care to veterans, active-duty personnel, and their families in a federal healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Acute care, wound management, and trauma response
• Cardiovascular, endocrine, neurological, psychiatric, OB/GYN, and infectious emergencies
• ER procedures: Laceration repair, catheterization, IV line placement, spinal immobilization, and more
• Manage a diverse patient base with urgent and emergent conditions

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited program
• Licensure: Unrestricted U.S. state medical license
• Certifications: Current DEA registration, Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Current BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent ER experience (residency included)
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required (federal background check)

Required Skills

• Ability to work overnight
• Flexible scheduling; Full time preferred

Preferred Skills

• Additional weekday and weekend shifts available (double coverage)
• No on-call responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package

• Pay Rate: Starting at $250/hour
• Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered
• Work Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
