Job Overview As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, motivate, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world. You will be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. You will serve as the primary contact for store employees. Job Responsibilities: Observe and provide feedback on employee-customer interactions, ensuring training completion. Handle customer issues to enhance the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand. Own the store’s success, managing staffing, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and other functions. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new programs to support operational excellence. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Hire passionate employees who are excited about building customer relationships and digital technology. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives. Drive operational efficiencies, minimize risks, and meet financial targets. Manage performance with personalized plans and celebrate achievements. Ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. Bring the experience you’ll need: 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Required skills include communication, Microsoft Office, store management, operations, and customer service. Minimum requirements: 2-4 years management and sales experience in retail, at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., high school diploma or GED.
