Job Description

Email Developer - Miami Hybrid
Were looking for an experienced Email Developer to build and scale a best-in-class email marketing program. This role requires strong technical skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), email coding, and dynamic content creation. You'll play a key role in shaping workflows, implementing data-driven strategies, and driving seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Code responsive emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript
Use SQL to segment audiences and manage data queries
Build and maintain dynamic content with ESP and data tables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, BI, IT) to ensure brand and technical alignment
Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment and tracking
Conduct QA testing across devices and email clients
Support A/B testing and assist with campaign analytics

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
35 years of email development experience
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SQL
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
Understanding of dynamic content architecture and data personalization
Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and reporting
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of mobile-first, responsive design best practices
