Role Description

This role - a Education Tech Sales Specialist and Consultant at Toolkit Technologies - is responsible for managing sales, business, and customer support needs within our K-12 and post-secondary markets. The Education Sales Representative is responsible for advancing the mission of Toolkit Technologies, meeting with customers in the area on a daily basis, providing product demonstrations, and selling our products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in education and workforce development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, technical colleges, and training centers, providing tailored solutions to meet their technical education needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products, create customized proposals, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Stay informed about trends in technical education (e.g., Industry 4.0, EV technologies) to provide expert guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM (e.g., Zoho) and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent Toolkit Technologies at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Education Sales Representative MUST be located in New England area (MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME)

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
  • Technical understanding of Automotive Technologies, Diesel, EVs, or similar
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Minimum Associate's Degree

Compensation is flexible for the right candidate. Base Salary + Commission or similar.
