Your Role and Responsibilities As a CS Technical Specialist, you will work directly with clients to accelerate deployment of strategic offerings, providing deep technical expertise for successful implementation. You will collaborate with IBM account teams to ensure client engagement and validate that key performance metrics are met post-implementation. Skills Execute technical activities to ensure clients implement, adopt, and derive value from IBM technologies. Typical activities include: Driving adoption of additional IBM products, features, and upgrades. Guiding end users on product utilization. Installing and provisioning environments for client use cases. Finalizing and validating architecture, use cases, and sponsors to ensure functional solutions. Build credibility as a trusted advisor through technical expertise and a consultative approach, guiding enterprise clients to realize full value from their IBM investments.
