About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to join their team. The CPO will be a key member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for the strategic and participatory management of programs that serve the community. This includes ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful services, events, and activities, as well as innovating and improving program operations. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, be adept at creating processes and tools to enhance staff capacity and be committed to increasing efficiency and mitigating risk. The CPO will also have overall responsibility for the execution, compliance, and reporting of multiple contracts, and will actively engage in external advocacy and policy representation. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should be seasoned nonprofit leaders with a passion for serving families and childcare providers. The role requires a strong focus on program performance and risk management, including the ability to ensure programmatic consistency, identify and mitigate risks, and track key results.
