About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving company-level strategic planning, providing data-driven insights for executive decision-making, and acting as a thought partner on technical and business trade-offs. This role requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with a background in computer science and an MBA from a top-tier program. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for operational leadership, including building and optimizing the company's operating cadence, leading special projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, an MBA from a top-tier program, and 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or strategy/ops roles at a high-growth tech company. The role demands a proven track record in driving strategic projects, strong technical fluency, and exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with executives and/or boards, particularly in SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML-focused companies, and possess executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
