The CSR focus is to deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, process enrollment requests as needed and answer questions while making experiences personable and memorable verbally and electronically. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Enthusiastic, assertive personality with customer service skills Strong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or provide solutions Effectively communicate with customers and employees, bi-lingual is a plus Disciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School Able to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs. Qualifications Minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience High School or some college education or equivalent experience.
