Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Document and track customer interactions and issues in the system.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
• Maintain call center equipment and ensure system functionality is optimal.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Proficient in using computers and call center software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
