Salt Face Mule Brewing - Urgent Brewery/ Restaurant Manager Needed

Salt Face Mule Brewing, a dream turned reality in the heart of Western North Carolina, is seeking a talented Brewery/ Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our unique brewpub and gathering space. Join us in serving \honestly brewed\ beers and Appalachian-inspired comfort food with mini-golf and remote control cars. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality
• Manage restaurant budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
• Understanding of financial management principles
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred
• Passion for beer knowledge
