Now Hiring: Office Assistant / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)


We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to support one of our Norfolk clients with basic financial record keeping and accounts payable processing.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and handle accounts payable
• Review and analyze financial records for compliance
• Perform general clerical and bookkeeping tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with invoice processing and accounts payable
• Understands basic bookkeeping or clerical accounting principles
• Is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently

Schedule:

• Flexible hours: 10-15 hours per week
• Start time flexible (as early as 10:00 AM)
• Doesn't require daily attendance
