Inspire and Beyond ABA is a passionate and growing agency committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children through high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We provide in-home and in-school therapy , focusing on helping children develop meaningful life skills through play-based and naturalistic teaching approaches.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a Clinical Director role. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a new agency in a community where your leadership will make a meaningful difference from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and clinical staff

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Oversee treatment planning, data collection, and clinical progress using Passage Health System

  • Lead parent consultations, team meetings, and ensure quality of services

  • Manage authorizations and re-authorizations for insurance

  • Collaborate closely with administration and executive team to grow and refine clinical programs

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)

  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical leadership role

  • Passionate about ABA, organized, and motivated to lead a team
