This position is remote, based in the USA.
About the Role
You will lead and support space management and occupancy planning initiatives aligned with client goals and values. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, reviewing data, creating reports, tracking KPIs, developing occupancy plans, supporting clients, and maintaining accurate database records. You will also engage in tactical planning, relationship management, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage project documentation.
Maintain space-related data repositories for accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workplace scenarios considering growth and reorganization.
Ensure IWMS data accuracy, including space allocation and occupancy details.
Conduct monthly reviews and updates of space data.
Prepare strategic plans, test fit plans, and AutoCAD drawings; provide as-built plans to clients.
Generate reports and dashboards on space utilization and forecasts.
Host calls to review project statuses and pending actions.
Gather business strategies and demand forecasts from partners.
Support project programming, presentations, and business case analysis.
Analyze data to develop and present space and occupancy scenarios.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Workplace Strategy, or related field.
Team-oriented with strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Self-motivated, process-oriented, and goal-driven.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams; able to analyze data sets.
Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, design concepts, and project management is a plus.
Experience in change management and workplace strategies is beneficial.
Salary Range: $76,835 - $90,000
