Job Summary

The Wireless Field Integrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining wireless network equipment in the field. This role focuses on supporting Nokia and T-Mobile projects, ensuring reliable network performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and integrate Nokia wireless equipment (e.g., base stations, radios, antennas) at T-Mobile sites.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades to ensure network functionality.
• Conduct system testing and optimization for signal strength and coverage.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deployment timelines and quality standards.
• Document installation processes, updates, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Nokia wireless systems and T-Mobile network deployments.
• Knowledge of RF principles, LTE/5G technologies, and field integration processes.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ohio.
• Technical certification (e.g., Nokia or wireless training) is a plus.

Work Environment

Field-based role requiring physical activity, including climbing towers or lifting equipment. Flexible hours may include nights or weekends depending on project needs.
