We are looking for a creative, agile, and social-first video content creator to bring our brand’s story to life across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Your work will shape how parents, influencers, and healthcare professionals engage with our brand, making complex scientific topics both engaging and accessible.

The Role

As our Video Content Creator & Social Storyteller, you will be responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, and producing compelling short- and long-form video content. You will bring our brand to life through customer stories, expert interviews, behind-the-scenes content, educational pieces, and social-first storytelling.

This role is highly collaborative, working alongside marketing, creative, product, and customer success teams to craft engaging content that drives brand awareness, trust, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Video Strategy

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan, storyboard, and execute compelling video content.
• Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, customer testimonials, and brand storytelling.
• Produce short-form social-first content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) as well as long-form brand narratives & educational videos (YouTube, website, webinars).
• Capture behind-the-scenes, live event, and community-driven content to showcase the brand in an authentic and engaging way.

Video Editing and Optimization

• Create dynamic, eye-catching product videos that drive conversions and engagement
• Execute on-location and in-studio video shoots, managing all aspects of production, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
• Edit videos with a keen eye for pacing, music selection, motion graphics, and brand consistency.
• Optimize video content for different formats and aspect ratios across social and digital platforms.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm shifts, and viral content formats to maximize organic reach.
• Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and conversions.
• Organize and maintain video assets, raw footage, and project files for future use.

Customer Stories & Brand Storytelling

• Develop powerful, emotion-driven customer testimonials to showcase real-world impact.
• Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and HCPs to co-create engaging, science-backed content.
• Transform complex microbiome science into digestible, visually compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to produce training & demo videos that enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years experience in video content creation, social media video strategy, or digital storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality, engaging video content across digital & social platforms.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar editing software.
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and video SEO strategies.
• Experience in handling a variety of video content requests—from brand storytelling to customer testimonials to training videos.
• Familiarity with filming, lighting, sound design, motion graphics, and video compression best practices.
• Passion for health, wellness, parenting, or biotech industries is a plus.
