About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing with a focus on lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing department, including brand, digital, and traditional marketing, and must have a strong management background with a proven track record of developing and implementing corporate marketing strategies. Key duties for this role include generating qualified leads through various tactics such as strategic planning, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, market research, and direct marketing. The VP of Marketing will also oversee the marketing staff, manage vendor relationships, and provide comprehensive performance reports. This hands-on position requires high-level strategic thinking and active involvement in all sales and marketing objectives to ensure targets are met. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position must have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role within a corporate environment is required. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical skills, the ability to evaluate the lead generation and sales cycle, and a deep understanding of modern marketing and analytics. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, paid social media, and experience with marketing automation is essential. The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget, developing market segment strategies, and driving the creative strategy for all marketing materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are a must.
