Urologist Opportunity - Alexander City, Alabama

A healthcare facility in Alexander City, AL, located 88 miles from Birmingham, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a dynamic group of providers. This single-specialty group is located on the hospital campus and operates in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality care to patients in this beautiful lakeside city. Position Details
• Hospital employment with a supportive team.
• Current clinic staff: Administrative staff and medical assistant.
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM.
• Call requirement: 10 days per month (1 weekend, 8 weekdays).
• Expected patient volume: 25 per day initially, with plans to grow.
• Clinic-based position with Meditech Expanse EMR.
• Robotic procedures required.
• Hospitalist program manages ICU admissions and discharges, with Urologist consulted on care plans and rounding as needed.
