We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of legal matters related to trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate tax planning. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal landscape, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of trusts and estates, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate tax planning.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to trusts and estates.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate plans.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
5. Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the effective management of trusts and estates.
6. Stay current on changes in trusts and estates law and advise clients accordingly.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
8. Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in trusts and estates law.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of trusts and estates.
5. Strong knowledge of federal and state laws related to trusts and estates.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
