Opportunity Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Registered Dietitian to join a dynamic healthcare team providing expert nutrition care across the lifespan, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients. The dietitian will perform nutrition assessments, counseling, nutrition-focused physical exams, and provide recommendations to optimize patient outcomes, support wound healing, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Participation in community nutrition programs and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential.Responsibilities:
Conduct nutrition assessments and complete nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition.
Provide nutrition counseling and develop individualized care plans.
Assess nutrition support adequacy and make recommendations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Support prevention and management of acute/chronic diseases and enhance wound healing.
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and tracking of patient care.
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD) – required
Clinical nutrition experience – required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to provide care across all patient populations
