Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is designed for a skilled CT/PET Technologist with a focus on trauma imaging. The role emphasizes expertise in advanced imaging techniques, especially within a trauma setting, utilizing cutting-edge equipment to deliver accurate diagnostic results during night shifts.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• ARRT (CT) Certification - required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Texas - required
• Minimum one year of trauma imaging experience
• Proficient in emergency room CT protocols, including trauma, CTA, and stroke imaging
• Familiarity with GE 64-slice CT scanners
• Experience using Meditech documentation system
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and PET imaging procedures primarily during night hours (6pm 6am)
• Execute all emergency room CT protocols including trauma cases with precision and attention to patient safety
• Document imaging procedures accurately using Meditech
• Adhere to hospital floating policies when needed
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve timely and high-quality diagnostic imaging

Schedule and Assignment Details:

• Night shift hours from 6pm to 6am
• Weekend work required every weekend
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract duration
