Job Overview Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and development programs.
Essential Functions - Schedule training events and workshops, coordinate with instructors, obtain and distribute required instructional materials, and communicate schedules and details.
- Communicate with University of Cincinnati employees, trainers from external organizations, professional training group members, and consultants via phone, correspondence, or in person.
- Process enrollments and answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations.
- Oversee room reservation process and maintenance of physical space and materials, which may include coordinating technical support, unlocking and locking training rooms, and tracking technical equipment.
- May utilize HR information system and/or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs or instructors.
- Participate in special projects related to Training and Development and/or Human Resources Serve on appropriate HR and university committees.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Required Experience One (1) year of professional work experience.
