As a Therapy Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing, developing, and supervising all aspects of therapy services, ensuring that we provide individualized treatment for children facing challenges.

Location: Raleigh, NC 27615

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

Your Responsibilities as Therapy Director:

• Supervise clinical operations of the therapy program within a branch.
• Provide direction to supervisors regarding scheduling and building caseloads.
• Evaluate patients with physical, psycho-social, and/or cognitive impairments.
• Provide interventions to address deficits and elicit responses.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure the execution of quality care to clients.
• Adhere to policies and procedures outlined by the state of practice.
• Supervise other therapists: PT, OT, and ST.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy from an accredited college.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist.
• Current Driver's License.
• 2+ years of Pediatric experience.
• Prior Management Experience preferred.
• One year of Neonatal experience is a plus.
