Summary:
Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Proctor to ensure the integrity and compliance of its Operator Qualification (OQ) testing program. The ideal candidate will strictly enforce testing protocols, manage test sessions, verify participant identification, and uphold PGW's testing standards in a secure and professional environment.

Position Info:

• Title: Test Proctor
• Client: Philadelphia Gas Works
• Duration: 12+ Months
• Location: Philadelphia, PA 19122
• Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Enforce all PGW OQ testing protocols and maintain exam integrity
• Verify and document government-issued or PGW-issued photo IDs for each Examinee
• Administer and collect signed PGW Enhanced OQ Examinee Agreements and sign-in sheets
• Ensure secure testing environment, including removal of unauthorized materials and electronic devices
• Use and monitor lockdown browser for test administration; ensure no unauthorized persons are present
• Observe and monitor examinees and test activity without being obtrusive
• Authorize each test using Proctor login credentials and manage the start and end of each session
• Handle Examinee questions regarding instructions and provide approved materials when necessary

Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Experience with data entry and administering sign-in sheets
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a testing environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
