Test Monitor –

$20 per hour

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM- 6:00PM (12hr Shift – 3 weeks Temporary)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to monitor an ongoing equipment test. This is a low-complexity, observation-only role—ideal for someone dependable and alert. No previous oilfield experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor a rotating head test setup for extended periods
• Visually ensure the equipment is running correctly
• Immediately shut off the machine and notify the engineering team if a failure or issue occurs
• Maintain a basic log of equipment runtime and incidents, if any
• Always follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain attentive during long periods of inactivity
• Basic communication skills (verbal and written)
• Punctual, responsible, and able to follow directions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching as needed to secure or move cargo
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
