Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk duties including handling mail, maintaining sign-in sheets, and monitoring visitor access
Provide administrative support as needed to various departments
Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
