Lamp Rynearson, Inc., an engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Survey Party Chief in our Omaha office. Responsibilities include the collection, processing and analysis of field data; maintaining communication with internal and external clients; coordinating and directing field personnel to ensure that projects are completed as efficiently as possible; maintaining field notes and other job-related records; training junior level field personnel; and proper maintenance of surveying equipment and truck. • High school diploma or G E D;
• Minimum two years experience as a party chief;
• Strong understanding of mathematics, surveying principles and Q A/ Q C processes;
• Ability to efficiently perform multiple types of surveys including but not limited to A L T A, boundary, construction, elevation certificates and topographic surveys;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed;
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; and

• Experience with Auto C A D and Civil3 D;
• Desire to explore and develop new technologies; and
