About our Role:

This role has a dual function and is responsible for Recruiting and Account Management.

The responsibilities for each function are:

RECRUITER

• Source and identify Human Resource candidates through various methods such as social media, our extensive database, networking, cold calling, etc
• Evaluation of candidates through phone screening, interviewing, and reference checks
• Effectively match candidates to client’s specific requirements
• Manage the relationship of contract employees on assignment

ACCOUNT MANAGER

• Develop new and existing client relationships through prospecting
• Conduct meetings with clients over phone, video and in person to determine their needs
• Contract and fee negotiation
• Act as liaison to recruiting team to ensure the client's expectations are met

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of successful recruiting experience, staffing industry preferred
• Customer service and/or client facing experience
• Competitive spirit
• High energy & Self-Motivated
• Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good sense of humor
